The benefits of olive oil have been known for thousands of years, and we are discovering more and more. Our Elad olive oil is particularly delicate, versatile and very healthy! Through careful processing and gentle cold pressing, this oil becomes a pure taste experience. We are confident in our olive oil and believe you will be too.

Israel's farmers are suffering from the effects of the war. The bloody attack by Hamas has changed everything in the country - including here in the south, where our olive trees are.
The plan was to put our oil press, which had been delivered to Nitzanna two months before the outbreak of war, into operation in mid-October. The war shut everything down. However, using a smaller oil press, we managed to extract almost 1000 liters of the finest olive oil from the olive trees that were planted in your name:

Since the founding of the state in 1948, the people of the Negev Desert have been working to turn this patch of earth into a thriving landscape. Our olive grove also thrives here. We are constantly asked what the situation looks like on site. Gratefully we can say: “Both the olive grove and the vineyard are doing well, they have not been hit by rockets from the Gaza Strip.”
