The return policy at Israel Today is 30 days. After this period, a refund or exchange is unfortunately no longer possible.
Please make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging and send a photo for confirmation.

Processing takes approximately 3-5 days once your return has arrived at our warehouse.

SHIPPING COSTS

The return costs of €3.99 within Germany are to be borne by the customer. In special cases, we can cover the costs.

EXCHANGE POPLICY

Exchanges are only possible for defective, damaged or incorrectly sized items.

The shipping costs for the exchange are borne by the customer, unless the order value is over 60 € (within Germany).
