1. Domestic shipping (Germany)

Orders within Germany are shipped via DHL .
Estimated delivery time: 2–3 working days .

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may change due to parcel service delays, high shipping volume, or circumstances beyond our control.

2. International shipping (outside of Germany)

All international shipments are also handled via DHL .
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and distance.

Typical delivery times:

  • 3–7 working days to nearby European countries
  • 5–10 working days to more distant EU/non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway)
    *For shipments to non-EU countries, import duties and taxes may apply, which are levied by the respective countries and over which we have no control. Please check the regulations in your country if necessary.

  • Orders will only be processed after successful payment authorization.
