The Medjool date is considered the "Queen of Dates" – and our Israeli Medjool dates come directly from the fertile Jordan Valley around the Dead Sea. They provide a wealth of nutrients: iron, potassium, magnesium, vitamins B and C, as well as valuable fiber, which supports digestion and strengthens the immune system.
Dates have very little fat and have a positive effect on allergies. They are rich in antioxidants that counteract infections and inflammation.
As early as 4,000 years ago, people knew about the power of this desert superfood – to this day, a culinary export hit from Israel.
